Quoted from Stevie
I apologise for Jeff full stop. As I'm his only buddy in the world - purely on a rental basis, paid into my bank each month - I have to accept full responsibility for his behaviour. Thats why Aussies are deadset legends
Sorry to hear that bro... can you get a refund?

No, but I have a solution. We're relocating Jeff to Mexico. I'll visit his hole in the wall once a year

I dunno, I thought the previous page of stream was a nice bit of comedy.
However, the adjudicator has spoken.

Y So, even if you guy's don't consider this an issue, it is. To me it is. And I won't stop fighting for better characters or for proper representation of all women. Women before us have worked tooo damn hard for us to just roll over and take it. And for us to just shrug it off. We shouldn't disappoint them. And that goes for al of us. Man and Woman. That's all.
A separate thread on female characters would be an interesting one, IMO.

I actually agree
But if we wanna have a section dedicated to 'pointers' on different kinds of characters then maybe.
I guess the screenwriting class section.

I only have eight more to go. The lion's share of 'em have been today. I didn't think I'd manage, being so busy with my birthday, watching Alien in memory pf John Hurt, watching Alien
s just because it's not only a great sequel, but a great movie, and just life and chores in general.
But I bet I can make it.

Read all but three, but I'm not in the challenge and I'm tired - so I'm thinking to stop there and rate. I couldn't find the third all male entry. Hmm.

Done. 2 Excellents, 3Very Goods and the rest... It was a good challenge but I got tired of all the females in them for some reason. I noticed many entries put the females into such a special setting where having a male would be impossible. Some settings were quite elaborate! Should have considered that in my voting but I forgot. I thought the challenge was especially hard for those with noirs and westerns. What about sports? Haven't seen any sports entries. I was handed that, but requested another and ended up not submitting my SF.

Three of those were originally selected, but all requested a different genre.

Aga! Believe it or not but I knew it, absolutely knew it!
People went in with noir though, interesting. I wonder to see who these people are - these don't scare easily.
