Anyone help me with pdf issues? My computer is 9 years old now so no more updates for a lot of stuff can be installed.  Last OWC a few people couldn't read the pdf of my script but most could. I've written 5 pages so far for this one and sent them to a buddy but they just appear as blank pages.  Any ideas please?

Yeah would love to but it aint in our budget  still have to pay off my Nepal trek lol. Would rather have a new bass too than a computer. A nice brand new Rickenbacker 4003 with a huge speaker stack!

Hey Stevie,

Not sure what software you're using, or what your PDF'er is, but maybe try CutePDF. It's free and works pretty well. Alternatively get yourself down to Officeworks and you can get a vaguely usable laptop for $200-300. I got one when I was in Melbourne and it saw me right for a bit when my computer was jiggered.

Cam, if your computer is that old... is it running Vista? Because Microsoft dropped Vista a week ago. I got a new Dell Inspiron desktop last month.

"Very Expensive." And it works like a charm. I hope you find a solution.

Stevie - Sophocles went out of business 10 years ago!

Instead of a new computer why not try a web based program like CeltX or Writers Duet, they may export to PDF better for you.

I'm rewriting a sci-fi prisoner transport script for a director. The main character's name is Balt! Named after him.

Your Balt character had better have a quote about "Sucking pig nuts and porkin' chickens in the butt.", otherwise it won't be authentic.

What about something sucking donkey balls!!!!!

Btw, do you remember Sean Elwood? He drew this picture of Hannibal Lechter for me. I have several of his art work in my house.
