No...you're not going to be on the bottom.  There's ONE script that deserves the very bottom and the writer knows.  There's another bottom dweller that the writer doesn't agree should be there, but HE should know.

For me, there were 2 very good scripts, which I had to push to Excellent, just to make sense with the others that were "Good".  Interested to see who wrote what, once again.

Funny thing happened to me today.
I'm at a hotel in Italy and the key broke in half when I tried to lock the door from the inside. Now they want 130 euros for the locksmith from me. They are asking me pay at least something. And upgraded me to another room. I said I didnt ask for an upgrade - but they didnt have another room anyway. So I told them I'd pay for the room upgrade which is a forth of the locksmith's charge. Now they are unhappy with me as it's too little.

Oh and the manager tried to yell at me too. Isn't that crazy?

Oh Kham, how bad is this. Really bad taste of them. I bet they take the money from the insurance and want to make an extra dime of you. Possibly you booked with a travel business. If so, call them, I would believe they wanted their clients to have a comfortable time and may contact the hotel.
