I've got a festival coming up in New Jersey. Normally festivals ask for a digital transfer or a DCP version on a flashdrive but these guys are old skool and want a DVD and Blu-Ray sending.
Problem is, I don't have any burning equipment and neither does any of the crew, so I'm looking for a reasonable and reliable online service. Google has so far been a bit unreliable - anyone got any recommendations?
I don't need any fancy graphics on the discs or a launch menu, just the ability to upload a large .mov file somewhere, and they produce a few DVD and Blue-Ray copies that I can slap a label on with tracking information. Ideally they should be able to auto play in ANY player but if a coding was required, then NTSC is what the Americans use isn't it?
Any advice is appreciated.

I've taken the plunge and ordered an external drive to burn these myself. It means I can do this is other festivals are 'old skool' also. Anyone recommend good burning software?

I don't know how to burn things either... I haven't done it in years. It's all streaming now. Using Linux also makes things more difficult. I tried to burn a CD not long ago and the programs wouldn't work.
If I were you, I'd take the external drive around to the editor's place and get him to do it. I know the RAW files can be pretty big for even a short film. I'm sure ours was over 100GB for a 10-minute film. Then when it comes to Blu Ray etc, you have to convert the files into the various formats.
