On October 9th John Winston Lennon woulda been 70 years old. For those that care invest in a copy of the UK music mag Q as it has everything you need to see and know about the event. Please note I would like some official role with this mag, but alas, I don't.

Tomorrow and the day after I'll be playing a gig down the local which will feature Watching The Wheels, Give Peace a Chance and Cold Turkey, amongst others.

Do me a favour, if you're in New York or anywhere near, go down Central Park to the memorial there, pop by the Dakota and post here what's going on. Take a pic and put it up. Then you and all can go homelike I will, wait till it's dark, light some candles, get some booze out and get loved ones and yer Ipod or your CDs or your vinyl and put some Beatles or Lennon on. Loud.
