If the script is yours and you own the copyright thereto, you can talk about it in the WIP section. I do not host WIP since I don't want to inundate the site with half finished scripts.
If the script is yours and you've sold it to someone and want to talk about the upcoming filming, you are welcome to do that in the Movie/Television Rumors section.
If the script is to an upcoming blockbuster or other film in development, you are more than welcome to talk about it in the Movie/Television Rumors section.
