Well, sometimes the Critics are right and in this case, that's for sure.

This is indeed a terrible movie, based on a terrible script, with terrible acting, a terrible and foolish plot, laden with terrible CGI that pretty much is included in every terrible scene...almost every terrible shot.

So poorly put together and poorly thought through, it's literally shocking this script was a Black List beauty back in 2010.  IMO, the entire Black List BS is just that...BS.

The movie is so miscast, it's shocking.  I like Vin...I always have, but his mannerisms and "cool" does not work here in any way, and it's actually rather amusing watching him smile through the absolutely dreadful dialogue.  Elijah Wood fares no better and his role is about as obvious as they come.  Michael Caine?  Really?  Again, I love the guy, but how many times do we need to see him in some sort of Alfred the Butler role?  Finally, Rose Leslie - not familiar with her, but she's not attractive at all to me, and she just kind of sleepwalks through this in another role that you'll only find in a poorly written screenplay that thinks viewers are even dumber than they actually are.

I'd love to go on here, but why even bother?  This is truly shit that they tried to shine, but the shine is so fake, you'd have to be as blind as the blind male witch with blue eyes to buy into this for even a few minutes.

This movie... well... it sucked.

It felt disjointed, badly put together. It didn't flow at all. Just horrible.
