Don't know whether many of you have seen this series on Netflix.  I watched the entire series on a flight and thought it was great.  Quirky, dark, funny, great characters. The leads are not beautiful teenagers -- they're average-looking, deeply flawed, and anti-social.

There are only 8 episodes averaging about 20 minutes each -- the first episode is only 17 minutes long -- and it's a BBC4 production. I can't imagine there will be a second series, but I highly recommend this show for anyone looking for something completely different than the regular fare on TV these days.

Yes! Watched this over a couple of days. Amazing piece of television.

So different and weird. The two lead actors are magnificent and the character development over such a short series is so well done. I really fell in love with this one.

Also, the music! Top, top notch.

Checked this out over the weekend on account of this thread and was not disappointed. Good writing, good performances, two gloriously messed up leads. Thanks for the heads up!

Agreed on all counts, this is a top class show. If only there were more like it.
