Quoted from Stumpzian
On the subject of comments affecting subsequent comments:
I just read comments on "1952 Drummer Street." Five people used the phrase "overwritten."

Every OWC seems to have repeated phrases. In a recent one, the phrase "spot on" was used over and over. In this one, "solid job" is used most often.

My conclusion? Most of us do it without realizing it.

Although overwritten, I think your comment is spot on. Solid effort

Or another way to look at it is, we're on the same wavelength to come up with similar feedback.  That's if we comment without reading other feedback.

I was going to say exactly the same thing. Freaky.

Will there be a reveal after the first round? I’m guessing there will be. Right?

As per Sean - we can reveal ourselves if we want to.

So, yes, if we don't reveal right away we can make guesses (not that you asked - talkign more to myself here).

lol you're thinking about that relativization is negation. If you like to, and have the possibility to manage something, call me out for a chess match, here or private. Not sure if I'm a worthy opponent since I play autodidactically and don't go in competitions. Just for fun.

I have accounts on chess.com where I play as ArmlessRegent and on Lichess with the handle dustin7375. We can play correspondence chess or live games on either site.

Please wait until after the voting has concluded.

Correspondence is possible anyway, although I don't like it. I have no time to play online frequently. But if you say one of the sites is "user-friendly" I'd join. Actually I just want to know how good you are. I meet with a friend once a week and we play. It's more connecting, not about being superior. I have no mathematical approach, always thought its getting ugly, professionel then.

https://www.chess.com/member/armlessregent

There is a link to my profile that gives an accurate guide to my playing level. My blitz level is 1950+

1975 is expert level. So I am close to expert. After expert is Master, Grandmaster, and Super Grandmaster. In the US they don't have experts but instead call them Candidate Masters.

That's intimidating. (Probably) I was a bit naive here. However, I really wanna know what you do on the board, go with horses or whatever.

But I don't want to disrespect you. I'm really not a mature player, and because of that fact you shouldn't have to spend time with me.

It's a tight race for my one.  Getting stressful not knowing how it's going to end.

And for most, if everyone votes, it’s still too close to call.

Nerve-wracking for who? I've got to potentially be the tie-breaker for a couple of these and be solely responsible for eliminating people. That's depressing. Break those ties! Lol. =)
