No disrespect, but any third party asking for up to $3000 to get a script in the hands of some production companies is a massive red flag for me.

Don's edit.  I removed the first post.  The site promises to get your script in front of industry professionals and 'help' you do it for a price.  For the time being, I'm no longer allowing those kinds of posts to the discussion board.

However, I wanted to leave the discussion up as I think that others may benefit.

I think a large percentage of scripts wouldn't pass muster to the Pitch - Package #2 process, Mark.

I'm always on the fence with these threads that basically are asking for the writer to spend money. I don't want to delete something if it has been cleared with Don first, but I'll ask. As a rule, this website does not accept ads on the forum.

There's nothing stopping them from passing all onto package #2 but feel free to try it if you fancy a go. Personally, I wouldn't invest so much money in a service claiming (or implying anyway) to be in with industry professionals that has spelling mistakes on their website and badly written FAQ's.

Basically, Mark is saying that the service is a package of #2.

Yeah, I get it. Could be dicey or maybe exploit writers with stars in their eyes.

I’m gonna play devils advocate here. I personally think it’s a great opportunity and that’s why I posted it. . To have your script read by Gavin Grazer who’s brother Brian Grazer has had so much success in Hollywood. Just google Imagine entertainment and look at the list of films he has produced.
Yes I get people red flag the money side of things, but I’d rather pay people who have experience in Hollywood than these script sites like The black list who charge you to host your script with the hope of a Hollywood agent stumbling across it. In this industry I find it’s not what you know .... it’s who you know .....
That’s just my opinion...  

So to that Brian Grazer's brother thing I will say this -

Donny Most and Anson Williams know Ron Howard very well. How much have they worked together since HAPPY DAYS?
