another fun story to read from ya!

* SPOILERS *

* A couple typos, nothing that really messes up the story.

* The part about Krauts (and cabbage for that matter) got me thinking...And that's always a good thing to have a reader think about a situation that's happening during the story.  I dunno, makes it seem more real.

* Loved the ending with the gold lol

All in all another fun read, keep up the good work.

Thanks darthbrion! I tried to make it as humorous as possible but at the same time quite... meaningful, which is always a funny combination in my eyes.

The man (or narrator) I kind of took from a film called 'The Hitchikers guide to the Galaxy'. He is played by Stephen Fry and that's what I wanted the feel of the voice to be like... very British-y... I find it hilarious when I'm writing his lines.

Again, I'm glad you liked it (and the other one) and thanks for reading.

Jaime,

Wow, I loved this little tale.

I went into it, thinking up analogies for the specific points that you made about stepping stones and bridges and the farmer and the heart attack.

Then I got lost in the narrative.

To me, it seemed very " magnolia " like in that it was like the opening narrative (VO) of that movie, which I loved. Once I read this a few more times I will tell you some more of my thoughts.

Good Job Jaime.

Even though I've only seen Magnolia once (It's one of my favourite films too and have it on DVD) I can see where you're coming from about the opening scene and the voice overs.

I'm glad you liked it Kotton and thank you for the comments. Any more thoughts would be great, thanks!
