Hey there.  Well, this is an incredibly faithful adaptation of Dan Brown--one-dimensional characters and all.  I don't know why, but this script kinda gives me a headache.  Actually, it's pretty well-written and formatted, but you forget character descriptions and the ones you have aren't too imaginative ("Tom Hanks look-alike," for example, why not say something like "a man with the laid-back, unattractive sexiness of Tom Hanks") and your script in general lacks the kind of punchy writing required for such films, especially this long.  I could give some other examples but I don't think you'd mind.  And, like you said, it's just way too long.  Maybe you thought of it as a minseries type thing a la "Bleak House?" Anyway, it felt like I was reading the novel again while skimming through the nearly 300 pages,  although I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

Umm, I also don't know if you're aware, but apparently this is the next film after Da Vinci Code's success that might get made (without Tom Hanks probably).  Maybe you'd be better adapting Deception Point or something entirely original.  I think it'll be interesting to compare how much Akiva Goldman's script compares to the novel itself.  You've also probably heard, but Dan Brown's plot heavy writing is really like a screenplay itself.  Just wondering, are you a younger person writing this as an exercise in scriptwriting? Because if not then I think you might not have real potential as a writer.  Anyway, I've rambled on long enough, good luck!
