It could be just the file I downloaded was messed up, but somehow I doubt that. My first suggestion is format. Get your margins and everything right.

My next suggestion is pay attention to scene order. I think the introduction of the main characters could habe gone over a lot better. Extend their first scenes by a little bit and separate the interviews by actual events. Having the short scenes back to back like that is boring and if you are going to do the reality show type thing you're going to need to make it interesting since reality shows tend to be boring and you don't want to go down the same road. Especially with the idea you have being already out of the norm
