First thing that is apparent is the poor format, but I'm am still willing to give it a read.

Errors

- "yes doctor I well"

-Now when entering the gate please tell me in details about the surrounding of the house.

-Now is there any sign that read any message or letters that describe this mansion?

- There are rose’s brushes and pedals surrounding the mansion all bright red and perfectly cared for gardening and housing

-Well to touch a rose so perfectly neat or anything precious there always a  price to pay.  That is why there are thorns surrounding the rose of bushes.

-I see some things are not meant to be touch

-(Suddenly the man personality changes and he totally became a new person in disguised.)

- ....finding ways to live will it satisfy my hunger?  Will it be enough?

You did well on the character Dr. Zenweinch, the Pateint was okay. Although I don't completely understand what exactly was going on.

Regarding fromatting, there are programs you can use that will make it easy, for me I use celtx or a template I downloaded for Microsoft word. Or take a look at scripts on this site to get an idea of what goes where.

Also if it's no trouble I'd like for you to check out my short titled Pirate Treasure

I don't really think that this goes under the category of screenplay, it could be a play, it takes place in one setting and it could be very easily acted out on stage. But if you were to put it into screenplay format then  well it could make a great short film. But other than that and a few typos it was enjoyable.

Those who believe that they are the best, the most popular, the go to guy, those are usually the ones who need the most help.
