The first thing I noticed about your script is the CUT TO parts. You don't have to say the place of where someone is. Just say CUT TO. After that, put the place next to the EXT. or INT. Here is what I am talking about:

                                                                   CUT TO:OUTSIDE
                                                                  GLORIA'S HOUSE
EXT. OUTSIDE OF GLORIA'S HOUSE-DAY

See? It isn't really needed to say the place when using CUT TO.

Also, I am don't know the most about screenwriting, but I am pretty sure that it is not needed to capitalize every character in every sentence. We know who they are, it doesn't need to be popped up.

As I kept reading your script, I started to get annoyed by the CUT TO's and the places put together. Those have to be taken out. It looks ridiculous.
