Hi James

Your format is way off, try using some free software like trelby or Celtix.

You had no slugs.
INT.   is not a slug and it comes after Fade in not before.

INT. LONDON UNDERPASS - DAY is an example

The opening description/action is 3 lines too long and it tells me nothing about the main characters Carl and Donny.

Read a lot of scripts on here and participate and it will pay off.
