How does one go about updating an unproduced script with a new draft?

You submit it just like you did the last one -- only this time, in that little box where you can write a personal message to Don (look for it if you didn't see it last time), you write something like, "Hey, this is a new draft please swap it out with the old one."
He'll know what you mean. People do it all the time.
