I'm new here... my potential producer sent me here suggesting that this could be the place that I could find a writer...

I'm working on a few shorts at the moment and the big project is a horror movie that my writer got wrapped up in regular job stuff {it pays the bills so no problems there} and I'm left needing a writer for my next project...

this place looks like alot of fun...

I can understand that and I'm very serious... hopefully I'll be able to pitch the script up here in Toronto and get a budget... time will tell...

You might spill exactly what kind of horror script you're looking for. A lot of people have a lot of talent in different areas, and horror is one of those genres with a million subsets to it. Mind letting us know a little more. There might be somthing already completed in the archives someone might be able to offer you.

For instance (yes, I'm plugging), I have one called Vengeance that has a lot of slasher elements, but a lot of thriller elements as well. The lead character is a housewife of all things and I made every attempt to ensure each victim has character and reason. So it's a bit out of the norm of a typical horror movie, but falls under the genre still. Click here for the thread. Yes, WGA registered. End of plug.

That aside, there are a lot of talented writers here, and most are open to anything. So, give a bit more info and maybe you'll find something.

At the moment I'm interested in making a zombie horror movie... high action... with a twist...

I've got a rough idea of what I want to do with it and what the zombie plauge started with... at little off the beaten path... but something that's relatively feasable...
