Seems like you have kind of a "Slaughterhouse Five" thing happening here.  Billy Pilgrim has come unstuck in time.  

Um, I'm not sure what this is.  The pacing is kind of manic.  A new scene starts every few seconds.  Sometimes 10 times per page.  

The formatting is pretty good and the writing is lean and sharp, but I'm totally lost.  I can hang with a few pages of this but give me someting to hang my hat on.  Where am I?  And what is going on in this story?

Oh, and what is 'following'?  I've never seen that particular extension before.
