I just finished the Disturbia script(the one avalible on this site) and now I HAVE to see the movie.

I'm not sure which genre I'd call Disturbia.  Comedy, Mystery, Slasher? It definetly contains bits of each one.

Unlike other teen slashers, Disturbia puts charactr developmment first. This works very well, as when the slaching starts you really hope the characters make it out.

The story is also really good. While somewhat predictable, it is so solidly entertaining that being predictable isn't a factor. I was constantly questioning if Giles was even a killer at all.

My big gripe with the story, it waits until page 90(the scripts like a 107 pgs) before the action starts. But once it does you won't be disappointed! It's incredibly intense.

Now if you'd excuse me, I've got to drive up to Meijers and buy this little gem.

My boyfriend and I saw it in theaters and loved it. The DVD is on our "To Buy" list. You really missed out seeing it on the big screen.

I saw it on the big screen, and there are a couple of parts where you can see the boom mic on the top of the frame.  I loved the acting/writing, but that damn boom mic broke the illusion.

You wouldn't like Brecht then.
