Is the name a paraody of ZWS? The infamous writer/director of Zombiez? So the writer is someone who is aware of zombie films and knows the infamous Cabin script?

Gang, we have a mystery to solve!

Read this. Not sure why but I did.  The writing is fairly generic so I don't have any idea who it is but I suspect it wasn't a mod.  I have several other suspects but it's too early to name them.

Anyway, I don't think the author really wants criticism so suffice to say that the contents were pretty bad, not as bad as the original but isn't that always the way with sequels. Or is that vice versa?

haha It's better than the original.

I was creased up at quite a few lines -- especially "What's up bitches!".

When is the trilogy going to be complete?

It was bound to happen someday...

I am not sure what level of feedback to give, not knowing who penned this.

I will say that you surpassed the original in many ways, but in a few key ways this failed to live up to its promise.  I would encourage the author to take bolder steps with this adaptation.  It needs to be a little more raw.  More horrible.  This is, dare I say it, too competent.

For a project such as this, you need to really go out on a limb, and I think this one plays it too safe, for the most part.

The air-thrusting when we meet Aiden is amusing.  The backstory, regarding the suppression of these events for the public good, was very amusing.  Mayor Boose was funny, but an easy laugh.

But I will also say that any true student of “The Cabin” would have been sure to include asses shining in the moonlight.  Where, oh, where are the asses shining in the moonlight?

Z.R.A. really stood out to me as Zack. R. Akers, ha ha (don't judge, it just happened to pop in my head. Sorry if it isn't you, Zack). Haven't read this yet, but by looking at the comments, I think I should open it up...

EDIT: ...except I can't because I opened it up and it's in some type of alien language like Dingbats or something...

That's what sprung to my mind too but I was reluctant to imply anything as I haven't had the plessure yet.  I guess I should read it.

Lol! A cabin script without moonlit asses is like a soulshadows episode without Tanis!

I really wanna know who did this... :)

I never read the original. I recall opening it up and not finishing it. I do remember the ass in the moonlight however and I agree with Bert and Mr. Z that there’s something wrong with the absence of at least one ass shining in the moonlight.

That said, I thought the script was actually pretty funny. I think it started out stronger than it finished, as though the writer was initially inspired and then the well ran a little dry before he finished. But it had its moments and I laughed quite a bit.

The very few technical errors narrows down the suspect pool and the absence of any asses shining in the moonlight means the writer isn’t totally familiar with the Cabin lore.

This one is mine. I was feeling really nostalgic and this was the result. It’s meant more for the veterans of this site but I also encourage newer members to read it and its predecessor,"the worst script on Simply Scripts". It's a important part of Simply Scripts history and writers can learn a lot from it.

How did I miss this when it came out?  Damn...

Pretty funny, but not nearly what I was hoping for.

I just may have to write one of these myself.  The original was one of the funniest things I've ever read.
