I go under unproduced scripts and then click the link that says Submit Your Script, and it just takes me to two links that says unproduced script showcase or One week challenge. Neither of them take me to the any place that I can upload my screenplay. How do I do it?

I'm sure you'll be able to upload them at some point this afternoon. And yes, that would normally take you to the submissions page.
