My name is Chris and I am from the Caribbean. I am currently writing a drama series which I hope will eventually be accepted as SS.

I hope to read a lot of scripts during my time here. Thanks. :)

Welcome aboard to SS, I am also new myself and the key here is to contribute.
People are more likely to read and comment on your work if you give them some feedback yourself. That’s what I’ve learnt anyway.

What island in the Caribbean? That’s a lovely part of the world to be living.

I think you may have put this in the wrong thread BTW, I think it should be in the getting to know you thread but no biggie.

This should be in the getting to know you thread, but no biggie. If you want reads, need to give reads and reviews. This is quid pro quo. Better start reviewing.

Out of curiosity, what's the drama about?

Welcome to the best dang Screenwriters site around.

You'll find a lot here, you can post your work, and of course read scripts and add your thoughts to em if you want.

Welcome to the chaos, Chris.

Simply Scripts is quite simply the most powerful screenwriting tool for motivated folks.
You must put in the time, peer review ACTIVE (posting regularly) members' scripts.
Then post your own, and watch the reviews from regulars come back to you.

That's how I did it 16 months ago.
And I'm light years closer to the film industry now because of it! ;D

I promise I won't be selfish.  I find it fun reading scripts so I really look forward to read scripts from the members on here.

CoopBazinga, thanks, it is a very beautiful part of the world.  I live in Jamaica.

Mr. Ripley, thanks for your interest, I'm planning to write a youth adult drama series.  It's about young adults in college who get into all types of trouble.
