As long as you�re the sole owner of the script, you should be fine. An option gives the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell an asset. An option, by definition, is not a sale. If I was you (and I�m not, I�m much prettier ;D), I would check my option agreement, make sure there�s nothing to preclude this competition, then enter. :) Breanne |
