SimplyScripts Screenwriting Discussion Board  /  April 2014 One Week Challange  /  Reader's Poll : April OWC
Poll Data Not Available with Printable Version
Posted by: DarrenJamesSeeley, April 13th, 2014, 5:34pm
This poll is intended mostly for those SS peeps who did not partake in the OWC but read and/or commented during the excercise. One script had been removed at the request of the author, so there are 28 selections. You may only vote once.

Note that this may be different than the writer's choice results (and aliases) when they are revealed on the 15th.
Also, this poll will be open for the rest of the week and/or until the thread is locked. The reason behind that is just in case there is a script you didn't read prior to voting, but liked enough that you feel it deserves an honorary mention. Please do not vote for your own script.

Surprising votes. So far. Amazingly the favourites are light on shark attacks.  Interesting trend given these OWC parameters.

This is better than watching the stock market! I want fifty shares of Up from the Depths 2.

The list is in the same order as it appears on the writer's voting link that Don sent out this weekend.

Enjoyed reading these entries. Maybe I'll get up the guts to enter in the future. Great job overall. It was hard to pick. I had three in my tops!

Good job writers...and readers!

DJS, I meant the leader in votes so far.  No surprise, but that was my vote and IMO, the definite winner.

Great job, writer and I have no idea who it is, just so everyone knows.

Shocked to see Jowls with any votes.

Shocked to see the other  pisser on there.

OWC is like the Oscars...you never know which one will win...

I wish I read more to be able to vote - otherwise it's a small pool of choices to choose from for me.
I haven't entered, so... I don't feel too bad about it.

I always vote for my own script, otherwise it wouldn't get any votes

Congrats on everyone who entered. The scripts were very good and entertaining for one week of work. Saying that, I voted for To Catch a Predator.

Voted for the one I enjoyed the most reading, since this is the reader's vote.

Nod to the writer. ;-)

Jowls was one of the few I didn't get to. Seems to be popular. Oh well, if I know the writer I'll read after the reveal.
