Well, that's a first for me, Leon: backstory and character descriptions before the actual start of the script. If a behemoth 27 page short script needs even more additional info and instructions, then you know something is off.
I would've actually read the whole thing if it wasn't full of format, grammatical and spelling errors. And things like:

Leon - it would be beneficial for you to review some scripts - there are tons of formatting issues with this one.
