This month Mr. Blonde will be running the OWC. Topic and Genre to be announced tonight (Eastern Standard Time - USA) at an unspecified evening time.

Well, the contest leaves the topic a bit open for interpretation, so don't be afraid to ask hypothetical questions about what's allowed and what isn't. With that said, unless you're trying to intentionally avoid the topic, there shouldn't be any DQs, so I wouldn't worry about it. Just about 40 minutes. =)
