Some notes.

For me, this one was a bit heavy-handed.  I get the satire, and I don't find it objectionable.  I think the piece would be more powerful if you shortened it and made it funnier.  Yes, the Squire's tale shows the incompetence of elected officials, but the other parts need more comedy.  At 30 pages, it could use some trimming.  I find too much explaining and not enough showing.  Find a way to show the ideas you want to get across.  Remember, brevity is the soul of wit.
