Ok, I want to read this but the random spaces in the middle of words is messing with my eyes. Is this a problem on my end or are others getting it as well?

You're right.  There is something wrong with it when it was converted to PDF.  Looks like it was s t r e t c h i n g some of the words to make them fit left justified, or something like that.  Hopefully, the writer will get on here and look at the PDF again.
