Sci-Fi, alien abduction, twist.

I missed this movie upon release. Went into it knowing nothing about -- turns out for the better. If you plan on popping this a view, don't read a review first!

Weird, contained and low budget. It worked for me.

If you're in the mood for something to kick back with and let it string you along, check it out.

Anyone else see it?

I saw it.

I kinda liked the twist, but not the execution. Movie looks great for what it is. However it also felt lacking in terms of story. The idea is quite ambitious for the budget. I'm a fan of movies that escalate into something completely different as the playtime runs.

The director's previous movie Love also looks good for what it is and the budget but is also lacking IMO.

Good ideas that didn't have adequate follow through. Still have to give the guy mad props for what he did. He's a pretty good cinematographer.

Anyone see The Signal (2007)? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0780607
It's not a good movie but it was filmed for like 50K and it's Okay for what it is. Remember watching it back in the day, liked the start then it fizzled out.
