Straight-talking Vix form England. When I started writing I thought I wanted to do horror. Turns out I actually like subversive and antiheroes - all wrapped up with humour at inappropriate times. I love me some Shane Black but also marvel at the economy of Walter Hill.

I've opened doors, finalled competitions and scored high on the Black List. I'm not sold as yet and took a few years off when heat was at its highest due to personal/family reasons. Now I'm gearing back up again. I have a low tolerance for misinformation, especially the bizarre practice of amateurs insisting amateurs must adhere to a set of rules. I used to do coverage but don't anymore. I also don't think you should pay for such services. If you're good enough then just reading pro scripts and the occasional pro analysis will be all that you need.
