Read your teaser. Monica announcing to Chandler she cleaned everything is strange as it's what she does every day, although "Monica clean" is a nice phrase.

the fact that she told him about Richard that way - doesn't ring true. I'm pretty sure if Richard moved in she'll be trying to conceal it from Chandler. That could be a fun thing to watch by the way. I'm fairly sure that announcing it to Chandler is not going to be her first move. But your call.
