I really liked this piece. It is honest and a little sad. It has been executed with confidence. For personal reasons I felt very sad ready this piece and for the sam reasons I was grateful for the ending.

I'm British and know a lot about football, but have no idea what a GM is - In Britain, we just call them "Manager"

I think that if you're doing a script promoting an Un-PC/contrarian opinion on a controversial subject, the tone needs to be lighter and less hectoring. I definitely think that there are problems with the "quota" approach to diversity, but I think it's a mistake to oppose the unfair aspects of this approach with a solemn story where characters explain the messages incessantly...
