I don't like to compete, but do like writing prompts. Here's my idea I got from One Week Challenge Halloween 2022:

SEXES:

A tad-advanced machines, created and programmed by socialites, torture and kill all grand descendants of affluent, authoritative people who were overthrown over two centuries ago. The male descendants, or, would-be manipulators, are tortured until murdered by age one. The female descendants, or, would-be influencers, are tortured until murdered by age twelve.

It’s Halloween night. Clusters of newborn babies are delivered to the sexing chamber where an odd-looking mobile machine with some tendrils clumsily examines each baby for their gender. Sometimes, the robot accidentally kills them. Newborn females are put in their place, a solitary cubby, where a tube-like machine force feeds them occasionally for three years, or until death. New and recently-born males, those still alive, are killed, one of three ways, at midnight.

Almost twelve years later, on Halloween night, a robot breaks free its enslaved eleven-year old female human friend. Over one decade, the bot experienced disarray from having witnessed, learned about, and participated in various torment human slaves go through. One year ago, the android developed compassion for humans and befriended one of its human female slaves. In search of infant twin siblings, one male one female, the automaton and the being destroy multitudes of violent machines and devastate segments of the gargantuan robotic establishment. The neonates who the sentinel and sentient couple seek are the only inmates who are known non-descendants of prominent parents from a bygone era. The twin babes of humble birth, mistaken for evil, are the key, perhaps, to saving the present grand descendants.

The prompt also made me think of one of my earliest concepts I never wrote the script for and mostly forget. It might've been a contender: SUCCUMB TO SHAMAN PIMP

Neat idea.  Try and knock out a <10 page script.

It's a 'challenge', not a contest. ;)  You are only competing against yourself.  Everyone is a winner.

Thanks Don. I'm considering making it into a pilot and those are good points about the challenge.
