SimplyScripts Screenwriting Discussion Board  /  Writing Opportunities and Call for Scripts  /  Looking for scripts

Hi all

I'm a long time member of this site and a couple of years ago I started directing. I'm currently working with a really good cinematographer where we're regularly making short films with no budget.

I'm on the lookout for short scripts (any genre) that are anything up to 10 pages at present with very limited locations and characters. Think things filmed in an apartment and places you can get for free outdoors.

As we're not working with a budget, then we don't have the resources to offer payment, however what I can assure you is the films we make are high quality. Email me on rspence1989(at)gmail.com if you have anything you'd like me to look at.

Here's some of my imdb and some of my work:

Thanks

Rob

I just edited your email, Robert, to avoid spam.

And I'll pop this up for your consideration:
Nothing Compares to You.

I looked at your credits and you do comedy well. Plus you're a fellow Aussie so it might appeal, could showcase a couple good actors (mainly talking heads) but with a humorous twist. :)

Either way, good luck with your endeavours.

I dropped a few in your inbox for consideration. Let me know if they get lost in the mail!

There are a bunch of great writers here, as you know. Someone will be a good match for sure.

Feedback Addiction (Comedy, Short)

A woman, suffering from a debilitating obsession with providing feedback, can’t get over an unresolved scene in the movie Cast Away, as she spirals into madness. She hated this log line and script.

Also at my website with my other scripts, all readable. Thanks and good luck!
