This is a cute, touching story. I like it. It ends with a warm, feel-good moment.
I didn't see any typos. The only formatting issues were that you didn't all-caps your characters when they were first introduced. Also, FADE OUT should be on the right. I made that mistake in my first couple of submissions.
You are using Final Draft so I know you are committed and probably experienced.
