for the record, I'd totally be down for a Vegas or gambling themed challenge.

I'd list my "work" here, but I don't know how to hyperlink.

"Career" Highlights
-2, count em, 2 credits on my IMDB page.
-One time a fairly prominent producer e-mailed me back.
-I have made more than $1000 with my writing!
-I've won 2 mugs... and a thong.  (polaroids of me in thong available for $10 through PM)

@vc_wg - because I crave attention

I'm so curious about Carson's review of loglines that I can't keep still.

Will it affect our voting if we saw them though - it's just a title and logline. But, yeah, don't pay attention to me)

That's why I'm not posting those until after your voting deadline.

Thanks Libby.

I think my logline was pretty good, so I am interested to see what they thought.
I think that I might get good scores for originality but get low on execution.

I am dying to talk about my story but am waiting.  I will say this, not one person picked up on my hidden clues or Easter eggs.   That tells me that in the future, I really need to simplify things.

You know what's odd?  Years ago, I took a theater writing class and was dinged for not having a deep enough vocabulary.  Now, cue 30 years later and people have dinged my script for having words they don't know and how a reader might toss a script aside if there are too many words they don't understand.  It's crazy.

I do think I have a decent story.  However, my favs were the ones I listed above.  There were some outstanding entries.

Any idea who wrote what?  Sadly, a few did correctly guess mine.  I guess I have a pretty distinctive style, but I don't really understand what that is.

Since I submitted it, I've had a ton of ideas on making it better.

Dan

Please read my scripts:
http://www.simplyscripts.net/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?b-series/m-1427564706/

I'm interested in reading animation, horror, sci fy, suspense, fantasy, and anything that is good.  I enjoy writing the same.  Looking to team with anyone!

Thanks
Dan

Dan, I'm almost positive which one is yours.

I also know a few others, but the vast majority, I don't know.

For me, there are 2 winners, and it's a pretty simple choice, as most of these got very low marks from me.

My favorites are (in no particular order)

The Magician Of Peacock Springs
The 5th Horseman
Nero
The Last Days of Demons

I do have a few others I really liked but didn't quite hit the Excellent mark.
