I've had a relative ask for a link to two of my scripts.  I cut-and-paste the URL's into a discussion thread, but always end up with an error message when I click on the link.

And ideas?  Or suggestions?  Or bacon?  Bacon would be good.

Is it this one:

For one of Phil's scripts?  Yeah, that is probably the right message.

That's something Don will have to get taken care of.  The domain is considered abusive by Facebook.  Strange.  Someone probably over posted links to their scripts.

Email Don, Phil.

I posted one of mine on face book with no problems. I made sure I opened the script and then copied the link.

It should include the PDF portion in the link other wise it wont allow the connection to the site.

Shawn.....><

Update-- Just checked it and it does still work.

This is as good as time as any to say, "Suck it, Bert.  Suck HELL!"

This is the message I get.

You know, your link has a %2F at the end.  Can you delete that?

I don't know where that came from, but it was added on more than one occasion.  Thank you Bert... you can still suck it, though.

Phil, et. al.,

Remove the final "/" form the url, e.g.,

http://www.simplyscripts.net/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?b-comedy/m-1128393612/

should be:

http://www.simplyscripts.net/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?b-comedy/m-1128393612

and it will work in facebook.

Don
