I've had a bit of a heart problem spring up on me the past week and am working through it slowly -- They outfit me with a Holter monitor for 48 hours today; this was supposed to be done on Thursday of last week.  Go figure.

Anyways, I haven't been too active in reviews and what have you -- But I hope to get back to normal routine soon enough.  I went to the gym yesterday and did cardio for the 1st time in a week, that was fun... Apparently as I've aged my body hasn't taken well to stimulants and there is a bit of wear and tear on a few of my artery walls and the lower chamber of my heart wants to fire just before or during the same time that the top half wants to fire -- This has thrown my heart beat off by a great margin.  I'm hitting 46 bpm and, at full stress run, 141bpm.

A normal heart should beat from 70 to 95 at rest and at full stress, for a guy my age, 160 to 180.

Anywell, I know I promised Shawn a beet Sheet break down of his script and another guy some info or something or another and will be on it after this thing is removed and I can relax again.

In the meantime wish me luck in Page and Shriek...

Hey Baltis,

Just read this after I sent you a PM on another matter, so please forget my PM for now.

Sorry to hear this, and hope you are back and active soon.

By the sound of things you must be fairly fit, the reason I say this is all the people I know who are fit and run marathons, have heart problems. I think it may be too much stress on their organs.

Anyway hope you are well soon and have a scotch or two to get that heart pumping right.

Regards Alex

Hey Balt,

The progress report is appreciated.
Despite differences in opinion, SS vets rally around their own.

Take care of that body, you need it to house that creative brain of yours!
Looking forward to seeing you back in action around here soon.

Regards,
E.D.

Sorry to hear about your health problems, Balt.

Now maybe I can kick your ass. Err... probably not.

Kidding aside, hope you recover well. Take care.

And congrats on making the semis at Page! Good luck!

Seems when something good happens, something bad is always round the corner, ready to kick you in the beanbag.

Fingers crossed for 'Frostbite' but more importantly, fingers crossed your health is on the mend.

All the best, Balt.

I was gonna read your script but a life threatening heart situation got in the way...

I'd have one dollor.

Don't sweat the small stuff bro.

If you're heart is too broke, maybe Jeff could give you his.

Just be prepared to never pass another pi$$ test again.

Balt, you need to drink a cup of cement, and harden the fuck up!

Seriously, though bro, take care of yourself so you can have many more years with your little girl.
Cos I'm an 'old' dad, I really look after myself so I can watch the kids grow up for as many years as I can squeeze out.
That's why I stopped drinking 5 years ago, and why I do my workouts regularly. The kids are my life...

Ok, the Beatles too, lol...

As well as trying to write killer scripts and shredding the bass guitar!

Cheers to you and all my SS dude buddies
