Judging from these comments, there doesn't seem to be much competition.

Thanks for the data, Mark!

Has anyone ever used this board before?
Seems hard to believe with the SS vets that someone hasn't run across it before.
Anyone?

I replied to few ads on that Mandy board.
But never heard back on any of them.

This site looks like it's only two weeks old, judging by the dates on the threads.

The posts I've read don't fill me with confidence.

What I love is that the producers/directors posting for scripts needed say to contact them by email.  Then, a bunch of screenwriters are posting their pitch in the replies.  They don't even realize that the OP probably will not go back and read replies because they put "contact me by email," and give their address.

My Scripts:
SHORTS
Bed Bugs
I Got The Shaft
No Clowning Around
Fool's Gold
Five Days for Redemption

TELEVISION
Father, Forgive Me
Sheriff of Nowhere

and a lot of those replies are poorly written, filled with typos, grammatical errors and text-ese.

And not to mention, dreadful sounding concepts.

Pretty cool site, nonetheless. I will investigate further.

Cheers for posting it up Mark.

I emailed Tall Grass Pictures since that was the only one that seemed somewhat professional.

I only said it MIGHT be useful to you

I realize there are not a lot of brain cells floating around that site, so I thought the smart peeps might have a better chance.

Why isn't on our radar until now? Because nobody in their right, sound mind can take it that seriously. If they were serious, they wouldn't asked to be spammed. Even if, say one out of ten was a decently written logline/pitch...it would be lost in the abyss.
