This isn't anything to do with screenwriting but I bought a GoPro camera a few months back and made my first video. It's of me, my brother and a friend fishing.

I'm happy with the way it turned out being my first one but it would be nice to get some feedback before I start the next one. If anyone fancies taking a look I'll put a link below.

Looks OK. Have you seen the shorts filmed on a gopro?

Here's one:

Yeah, I watched that one a while back. Quality vid, wonder how long it took them to plan/make it. There's a few other good music video’s out there where people mount 'em inside instruments like guitars and drum kits.

The problem is you can't see what you're recording until you watch it back, unless you use a back pac (which I've heard are shit). But if you get creative with the mounts and attachments you can definitely have some fun with 'em. Can't wait to take it spearfishing in the summer.

Make a documentary about spear fishing and try to sell it to a TV station.

Looks good. Well shot, well edited. If it wasn't for the post, I don't think the word "first" would have popped into my head.

Dustin, it's a good idea but, to be honest, I'm not that great at it yet. Maybe in a few years when I get better.

DS, thanks for taking a look. Glad you liked it.
