The script isn't on SS and hasn't ever appeared online. I am indeed keeping it 'under wraps' lol. I've been developing the TV series (called the Nearscape) for a couple of years now, The Survivors is the pilot.

What has been on SS though is a proof of concept short film I made to promote the series. It is called The Survivor: A Tale From The Nearscape.  That started off as a short script on SS and the thread is here. http://www.simplyscripts.net/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?m-1489011502/ although that is an early draft.

The TV pilot expands on the short, we see more of Billy but a lot more of the two other main characters. Casey, who is on her first day as rookie cop and a guy called Hyan who is on a family road trip which is about to go horrifically wrong.

Thanks to everyone. It just shows to never give up.  I've done countless rewrites on this screenplay and hopefully it will pay off!  By the way, I used script analyst Barb Doyon of Extreme Screenwriting for my notes. I always use Barb and she's the best!

Thank guys, appreciate it.  Always a surprise when you make it this far in a contest because there's so many variables when it comes to the judging. Now I get that excruciating one month wait til the winners are announced.

Sorry Ryan, I watched those envelopes open and I was praying your name was going to be in it!

You must be disappointed I'm sure, but a Page finalist is a mega achievement. Page and Nicholls are the only two contests agents and producers take seriously, so get those queries out and use it man!
