I haven't been on the boards in quite awhile but I wanted to give everyone an update on things. As you may remember, my wife Sarah was diagnosed with Stage 4 peritoneal cancer last March. She fought valiantly for the past year, but that battle ended yesterday as she peacefully passed away. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers in the past and for me and my family in the future. I'm heartbroken, but I will return to being an active member in the future, but it's going to take some time before I'm ready to write again. This is a great community and I'm happy that I'm a part of it. See you down the road. Best, Gary

I can't imagine what you're going through right now. There's, thankfully, nothing I can compare it to. You should write while the emotions inside are raw. Get them out. Even if you just write about your experience, turn it into a drama that may help others. Stay strong, mate. Your family needs you.
