No, but I'm really dumb sometimes, so I guess this is par for my course.

Maybe I'm just pissed in general.  Maybe I'm just a pissy old Fart who wants to cause trouble.  Maybe I'm just pissed at being pissed on all the time.

Fair enough,  bud.

I've spent the past week relocating to Sydney, settling in, conquering jet lag, and starting a new job! But will jump on and review some of these over the weekend.

Congrats to all who entered.

Sorry for having been mostly absent lately, but I've been up to my ears in grandma stuff, lol.

I did delete one review from someone that simply said Excellent! Why? That is not a review and doesn't even prove that the script was read and does not offer the writer anything other than a weak pat on the back. We usually frown on such reviews. They can of course be okay if we know each other and such, but in an OWC, that doesn't cut it. I was going to delete a few more from the same "reviewer" that were simialr, but dirty diapers happend and...

On an unrelated note, I will be reading these tonight in the nude.

I second that. Steve, thanks for sharing. Uploading a mental image as we speak.

Quoted from Matthew Taylor

- You guys put my imagination to shame! seriously, where do you lot come up with this stuff?

Possible answers:  8 of 10 peeps recently watched the film The Colour Of Space and were, like the family in the film, driven to madness and body horror. The other two involved an alcoholic beverage, extract or cough syrup.

As for myself, I dabble in a form of ESP, automatic writing, lucid dreaming and other paranormal activity.
Other than that, I recently watched Richard Stanley's The Colour Of Space
and drank half by bottle of  Leelanau  apple chill wine
I was already crazy.

Quoted from Matthew Taylor

- Thanks for not writing 33 horrors

True!
But DAMN the body count is still a wee bit high...
my peeps did not disappoint!

Then it's time to milk the alpacas.

From some of the images I've seen, it looks more like the Christian version of Hell.

Can't disagree with that. We have seen better days, but I stand by it

Voted! I did find the voting a bit confusing so I hope I've not done it wrong. The prose column, for example, I presume that is the overall quality of writing and not how much novel type prose is in the screenplay?

I have three favourites but I enjoyed reading all of these. Thanks to all who entered and took the time to write reviews.

Hey everyone,

I am very much new here and was wondering where I could vote? Read from some people they already did that.
I have not had time to go through all the scripts but there were definitely some great ones between the ones I did read.

Check your private messages (top left) - you should have had a message from Don with a link to the scorecard.

EDIT: Don't forget to DNS (did not score) those entries you didn't read, and your own entry

Read ‘em all, commented on most. I’m gonna vote later this evening, if I missed your script and you are simply jonesing for more comments, then hit me up via PM, otherwise, see you on the other side.

Yet over on the ‘Can You Dig It’ script thread, someone simply wrote “Nailed it! Nice job!”. No, neither of these scripts in question are mine, and, not that I wouldn’t have loved to see either comment on my thread, I can’t help feeling that there’s a bias towards certain members. Just saying.

Not from me. I simply got too busy. I have not been able to keep up with posts at all this OWC. As far as those reviews you mentioned goes, those should be removed IMO since they are not reviews and not helpful to anyone. We always used to remove crap reviews like that.
