Did you write, Mayhem?

Nope - I assume AndyJ did since he defended it so much

I was just kidding, by the way. I know you're better than that. You're capable of having written the Beanstalk script - which I feel is the best script in the contest.

Thanks for the compliment, I wish the Beanstalk one was mine, but alas, no.

I'm pleased with mine tho, based on comments I have improved my characters, dialogue and writing - but I focused so much on getting other elements right, I didn't actually focus on the story lol never mind, next OWC I'll find that balance.

Can't put my finger on which one you wrote though

Ouch, that one hurts. I'll just take the fact that you're rubbish at guessing.

Sorry, the only reason I thought it might be you is you wouldn't steer away from anything as hard-hitting as that but that's why I'm pants at guessing.

An no, the Beanstalk one wasn't mine. I do admire the creativity of that story but I'm not so much a fan of the execution. I do expect it to be up there in the top 5 though.

That's good to hear. Seems I've played my cards well this OWC.

I hope the writers are announced during the Superbowl half time show.

I’m gonna throw Dave down for Customer Support. Maybe he took a chance and snuck an absurd comedy in there.

Not to mention that script got top marks from me. I had it in the top three.

I thought that Customer Support was either Mark Renshaw or John Staats.

Could be. Mark seems to have that sense of humor. Could also have seen Steve Miles writing Draugr.

With a syringe as one of the criteria, I’m surprised no one wrote a script about a drug addict.

Nope, Draugr wasn't mine.

I had a couple of random guesses -

Steven Clarke for On the Beach

Mark for Devil's Kitchen

I would have pegged Irish Eyes for Customer Support but I don't think he entered?

I think Steven Clark wrote The Last Flood.
And guessing Rick (Gum):for The Deadgoodizer.

P.S. I'm just out of bed... Could someone please confirm there's no approved outing of writers/scripts yet?

I haven't seen any approval. Believe we're still guessing.

I've got Dave down for Beanstalk.
