It is with a very sad heart that I report the passing of Sean Elwood (ZombieSean or TheDeadWalk2Nite).  It was reported on Facebook by Sean's sister, Megan that, "My little brother Sean has passed away...."

Update: here is Sean's obituary - https://www.ramseyfuneral.com/obituary/sean-elwood

This is all I know at this time.  I'll update as I learn more.

If you’re struggling with this news, it’s okay to share your feelings. I'm open to talk.  Also, you can call 988 to talk to someone.

Sadly,

Don Boose

Here are Sean's Works:

Sean was a great writer, an even better person and one of my very best friends. I'm going to miss him. Very much.

Oh, no.
This is so sad.
Sean had such a unique voice and put so much of himself into his writing. You will be sorely missed, mate. RIP.

I'm going to miss Sean.  I've known Sean, virtually, since he was a 15 year old highvschool student.  He is SimplyScripts Old Guard. He joined the discussion board twenty years ago.  He was one of the youngest Writers' Choices with Bull Creek - https://www.simplyscripts.com/2007/08/26/doctors-and-one-week-challenge-selected-script/

And while young when he started on the site, I didn't know how old he was and assumed he was in his 20s based on the maturity of his writing.

And quite prolific with nearly a hundred script on the site: https://www.simplyscripts.com/cgi-bin/search.pl?search=sean+elwood&method=exact

My mind is blanker than usual.

A simplyscripter for a long time!! And a great writer. That's so sad. And unexpected. RIP Sean.

And I just saw - he's still logged on, means will remain logged on. Sort of nice to see - he's here.

That's just unbelievable.

Oh! I feel sick. Sean was a friend and my go-to for artwork. I can't move. I was disturbed by some of his latest FB posts, but he told me he was excited about working with an actor I've used several times here in FL. I want to faint...

It's always sad to lose someone, especially a fellow writer, and especially a young one.

My condolences to his family and friends.
