Maybe Jeff wrote - Shout At The Devil
Appears to be a very tempered review on SATD - considering the criticism count.

And, although I had her pegged for Be Careful What You Wish For, I'm now thinking:

Da Horns - Deena

Just fishing around, of course.

Btw, I've noted quite a few people think I wrote HEAD - that'd be a 'no'.

What will be funny to read is if Dustin gave Jeff a favourable review and Jeff gave Dustin a favourable review.

The odds of that from Jeff are never favourable, no matter how good the story.

I always give Dustin  a glowing review, as I think he's a fantastic writer.  One of my favorite little ditties of his was the shark script.  Amazing effort!

Maybe Jeff did write Shout at the Devil, but then again, probably he didn't.

Maybe Jeff wrote Peanut Butter Kisses, but then again, maybe he wrote Ring of Fire.

Jeff did not write Je Me Sais Paz, Cozko...oh wait...or did he, as he does like to use foreign languages in his scripts.

Finally, is it possible Jeff wrote the Hitler pisser?  Anything is possible on Hallwo...oh wait...are we allowed to say it this year?  Oh sorry, that was several years ago we weren't...on HALLOWEEN!!!

Happy Halloween to all, and that, I mean seriously.

Bro, if we're talking about one of your scripts, it's pretty clear we don't need to be saying anything about a good story. You get me?

About harsh reviews, this is a subject that's been beaten to death. I don't think anyone minds negative but constructive reviews. It's when they're laced with insults that pisses people off. There's no reason for it.

And then there are the completely nonconstructive reviews laced with insults to the story and the writer. IMO people giving those should be suspended from reviewing for a while.

Agree. Reviews like: 'I couldn't get past page one...' are not constructive in any way - blowing their own trumpet re how expert a writer/reviewer they themselves are, and poorly disguised as providing feedback.

If you've not got anything constructive to say, close the script and don't review at all.

Negative comments often breed a bandwagon mentality i.e., more bad reviews.

I bet those two are just screwing around with us and collaborated on an entry.

Haven't made it to all the scripts yet, but I'm kind of surprised that there haven't been any out and out pissers like there were last year.  The only script that I thought possibly ventured into p-take territory was Cold Alone, but even then I wasn't sure.  I don't think Jeff wrote Shout at the Devil, just didn't seem like his style, despite the giant flaccid penis.  In fact, if he wrote one, I haven't stumbled upon it yet.

A few preliminary guesses, subject to change.

Head - Glenn D
Be Careful what you Wish For -  Marnie or Janet
DemonStar - Ray W.
This Tornado - Marnie or LC
Nathan Green - Khamanna
Spiral - Darren Seeley
Justice at Sundown - Dustin

You'd think Jeff didn't write Shout at the Devil, but it does have some of his signature moves... my guess is it's a hybrid.

Viewing all this going on is quite fun - this place really hasn't changed.

All I will say is it's very obvious to me that Jeff rush-wrote Je Me Sais
Pas Cozco. Fair enough if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty certain I'm not.

Oh, and I'll repeat this on the thread once the names are revealed, it thanks to all who took the time to read my entry. I shot for a specific tone and idea that sprang to mind as soon as I read the requirements, and I'm happy that at least some enjoyed it for what it was. Fully knew it wouldn't be for everyone!

Guess who's back? Back again?

Glad people are guessing I wrote something. Can only be a good thing right? And Head was a pretty good tale.

Okay, hadn't read this script yet.  But after getting through it, yes, I'd have to concur that Jeff inflicted this one on the masses.  This sentence here...

Hugs Frenchman Costco, but there's a tint of sadness and pity on Frenchman Cozco's face.

...pretty much says it all.
