The October 2012 One Week Challenge doth come!

As in years past, this will be open to anyone regardless if he/she is a discussion board member.
Writers have one week to write a short script 10 to 12 pages on the theme and genre announced on October 10th.

This is not a contest.  This is a fun exercise.  Participants will be asked to select a 'writer's choice' script.

Schedule:

Wednesday, October 12th - Genre and Topic Released
Scripts Due Friday, October 19th at 11:59 pm edt
October 21 posting of scripts.
October 27th - Writer's choice selections due.

More Later,

Don

edt -> Eastern Daylight Time.

The entirety of the OWC takes place in Eastern Daylight Time which is UTC/GMT -4 hours.  So, the OWC is a little bit harder for anyone who doesn't live on the Eastern Seaboard of the US and A.  Everyone else has to do math.

This is typical of Brit-hating Yanks.

Not you Kev - just the rest of America

-- Don't know if I'm in with a script - but I'll be reading.

I'll consider it.

But why are you quoting MacBeth?

Also, will there be aliases and alibis?

Sounds great. Surely this can't be as bad as my previous October OWC script.

Oh, the fun is back! I'll try and participate but let's see... Ever since I moved it's all kind of stuff on the way.
Thanks anyway, Don!

I'll have a stab, until I see the theme of course!

Nothing like an OWC for two weeks of roller coaster

I've been waiting for this for a long time.
Probably the most excited I've been in awhile.

Fun, fun, fun!
