And, did anyone else notice that nearly every story had either a priest, alien or angel? I believe there were only two that didn't. Go figure. =)

Hmm, doesn't surprise me one bit - a brief dealing with good v evil, a hurricane, and surviving the night, kinda seems like the obv. choices to me.

No disrespect meant btw MrB.

I've avoided a few with all atrocious reviews. I know I will just be beating a dead horse. I'll open them and look and if I agree, I don't comment.

Is English your first language? You need to get some screen writing software...

To any noobs who may have entered, I never felt the OWC was a great place to start. Contributing members usually try to read most of the scripts and you won't get a detailed review. Just bashed.

Post a script individally and say "hey, I'm new to this" and the people here will be much more congenial.

None taken. Just one of those things that hadn't occurred to me until I was already halfway through the first 20. =)

Wow, that was quick...  Read 'em all in about 2 minutes....

Wait.  I'm supposed to read the actual scripts, too?    (Just kidding.  Taking my time this OWC -  reading and reviewing 'em thoroughly, rather than rush through and miss details as I go...)

My mime and ventriloquist puppet horror love story is going over well!

Of the 8 or so that I have read so far, I think quite a few have great potential. most of these are 1st drafts after all.

Of the 20 I read, I think 4 or 5 have potential, and the other 15 or so?  Sorry, but no go, bro.

How long do the scripts stay anonymous?  I'm reading as much as I can, but I've only gotten to a few because I'm so busy at the moment.  I'd really like to review all of them before the big reveals.

I believe it's a week to the day. So, next Friday, they're either revealed or that's when the voting starts. Can't recall.

There is no hard-and-fast rule for that.

It is up to Don, and done at his convenience -- or whim -- whichever applies.

If he sets up voting, however, the reveal would certainly follow that phase.

I'm reading two to three a day - on vacation right now but will pick up as soon as I get back home. Lots of entries for the hard challenge!

Enjoying the OWC. First time participating in it, plus it's my first script ever posted. Get a little nervous every time a new review pops up on my script. Having fun either way though.
