I'll give this a full read when I have time, but from what I've seen thus far, you've left out a lot of important capitalization (like first appearance of characters, etc) and the structure of certain transitions is clunky.

However, i will give you points for writing a Venom-centric script, like the one that David Goyer was supposed to write (or might've written) that never got produced.

More comments later.

Daren, if you are here, I just want you to know that I'm reading this.  I have a lot going on so I'm only getting to read 10 pages here and 10 pages there.  But I'm making notes as I go along so I hope to give you somewhat of an indepth review when I'm done.
